DAMAGED GOODS -
All of the orders here at Mindful Homes are carefully and lovingly hand picked and packaged by the two of us. We have done our very best to ensure that your boxes and products will get to you safely but in the unfortunate event that you received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of your order, to arrange a replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS -
Unfortunately we cannot accept any refund or return requests other than for items received damaged or faulty. We will replace any faulty or damaged items as soon as we're notified. If an item is received in error, we will organise the return of the item to us at no additional cost to you and issue you the correct item.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS -
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within one hour of placing your order. After this time, your cancellation will not be accepted. If you wish to add any personalisations or notes to your order, this must also be made within one hour of ordering.
